Batu Khasikov of Russia is facing off Mike Zambidis of Greece for the WKN kickboxing world title on Friday, March 28, 2014 in Moscow, Russia.

Khasikov vs Zambidis for the WKN super welterweight world title headlines the “Battle 15 in Moscow”. The two previously fought in 2011. The result saw Khasikov taking the first round TKO victory.

In the semi-main event Vladimir Mineev will be fighting in the defense of his WKN heavyweight world title. Mineev earned a prestegious belt at Fight Night Saint Tropez in August. He earned a unanimous decision over Tiago Beowulf of Brazil. The name of the opponent for Mineev is not yet revealed.

The event is organized by the leading promotional group in Russia, Fight Nights. The head of the group is Kamil Gadzhiev.

The “Battle 15 in Moscow” airs live on Russia 2 TV. The World Kickboxing Network president Stephane Cabrera will attend the gala.
