Simply The Best 8 Sweden fight night was held on Saturday 17th October in the city of Borlange.

Sweden’s Abdou Karim Chorr has taken a unanimous judges decision over Kevin Maertens,  from France.

Kickboxing European championship headlined the eight edition of the WKN world series on Kombat Sport. The clash was set between local favorite Abdou Karim Chorr and competitor from France Kevin Maertens. After the five rounds of action the score cards pronounced Chorr as a new welterweight title holder.

The gala has seen five prestigious WKN title fights featuring International and National challenges with the athletes coming from all around Scandinavia as well as Belgium. The show was promoted by Tommy Munther, with a number of special guests such as the WKN world president Stephane Cabrera and UFC fighter Alexander Gustafsson.

Simply The Best 8 Sweden was the following edition of international fight action series, that have been promoted throughout the World since last year. The next venture is set for Belgium on 22nd November.
