Knockout video compilation of Australia’s female muaythai fighter of the year Yolanda Schmidt broke the news this morning.

Yolanda ‘Springbok’ Schmidt is a South African-born Australian muay thai-boxer from Sydney. She is undefeated in 15 pro fights, titled as the WKN national champion. Last year she earned a bronze medal for Australian team at the Royal World Cup in Thailand, and won ‘the best Australian female fighter of the year 2015’ award.

On April 9 Schmidt ventures to Brisbane where she takes on Samantha Brown. The result of this anticipated bout will title a new WBC Australian champion.

Five weeks later Schmidt will take off to Sweden. There she will represent Australia at the IFMA muaythai World championship 2016, being a national team member.

Schmidt’s new highlight reel sees the class of female muaythai. Uppercut elbow strikes and knees, clinching, punching and kicks to the head, featured in 1 minute 50 seconds clip.

“We did not have access to footage from all fights throughout the year, but here are a few moments from 2014 and 2015,” captioned below the footage.
