Pop star Demi Lovato posts a new video on her Instagram which shows her playfully wrestling with Guilherme Vasconcelos.

Dallas-born residing in LA, Demi Lovato, 24 is an American singer, songwriter, actress, model and philanthropist. In addition, she has become a real practitioner of the fighting sports.

Last November, Demi took a swing at Rocky himself, Sylvester Stallone. That was an “easy day” at the Unbreakable Performance gym in West Hollywood. Lovato uploaded the footage on her Instagram which made headlines in numerous international tabloids. To date it has generated almost 3 million views. The gym itself is indeed a popular place among celebrities. On Monday Stallone hit the stream with the “Heart Power” motivational message captioning the video also filmed at this club.

On Friday Demi Lovato posted a footage where she is on the on the mat facing off Guilherme Vasconcelos. The latter is a 9-3 MMA fighter out of Brazil aka “Bomba”. He has had a fight in the UFC, as well as competed in various promotions including two latest contests at Bellator. He is a new boyfriend of the star.

“When you kick bae’s ass,” Lovato captioned the video.

It starts with the slapped and bumped fists, and a smile. It ends on the floor. Lovato performs an excellent armbar. Vasconcelos taps-up.

The clip adds to the stream of other videos from the martial arts training Demi Lovato often publishes on her “IG”. In addition, PEOPLE.com quotes the founder of Unbreakable Performance, Jay Glazer who said last month that Demi spends in the gym for four hours a day. “It’s her one place where she doesn’t have to be a pop star. She lights up when she comes in here.”

The armbar is the most-used joint lock submission in MMA. Ronda Rousey is world-renowned for her excellent armbar execution, which is her “signature move”.
