Kickboxing series Simply The Best start the third season on SFR Sport 5.
Simply The Best returns to Czech on Saturday April 29. European kickboxing championship headlines the event at Top Hotel. STB 14 Prague is an eleven-fight bill. The card comprises seven bouts in kickboxing and four in MMA.
In the main event one of the country’s favorite, Matous Kohout squares off with Jente Van Hull of Belgium. The pair will challenge for the WKN middleweight European title. Also on the card, the current WKN super heavyweight world title holder, Ondrej Hutnik. Famed “Spejbl” faces off Rade Opacic of Serbia in the international contest. In addition, kick-boxer and boxer Jan Holec is going up against renowned Tomasz Makowski, the current WKN super featherweight world champion out of Poland.
The WKN announced the line up earlier this month. On Sunday the organizion has also revealed two more bouts. Mark Cupka of Czech is battling out against Erik Matejovsky of Slovakia in light heavyweight encounter. In addition, Viktor Pavlicek (3-0) is taking on of Czech Ivo Cuk (12-8) of Croatia in the heavyweight MMA match. As well, the change on the card sees Jiri Stariat replacing Georgij Fibich in the heavyweight bout against Daniel Skvor.
To date, the rest of the card remains as the following. Czech heavyweight Petr Vondracek is fighting Igor Gunko of Ukraine as well as his country-fellow Daniel Brunclic is going up against Miroslav Cingel. Also on the program Jan Malach (9-5) vs Jaroslav Pokorny (10-6) in the 70 kg bout MMA. The names of MMA opponents for Makhmud Muradov (9-6) (84 kg) and Matus Juracek (3-2) (77 kg) are not yet revealed.
