Kickboxing series Girl Power – Fight like a Girl!

Girl Power is a women’s kickboxing tournament. The knockout contest comprises eight international featherweights, battling out in one-night event. Prestigious WKN belt at stake.

The producer of the series is the famed Bigger’s Better Boxing. The organization is known for its production of three seasons of heavyweight tournaments live on Eurosport. The backbone is the World Kickboxing Network. The group presents its next episode, Girl Power 3 Sunny Beach on Friday June 23 live on European TV SFR Sport 5. Platinum Casino and Hotel accommodates the event.

Late last week the promotion revealed a teaser poster of the upcoming show. It has also advised that a previously announced representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Aida Halac, fell off the contest. On Monday the WKN reported that Zorka Stojanovic fills in the opened spot.

Zorka Stojanovic is a multiple champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Partaking in boxing and kickboxing she went through over 50 bouts. In addition her record includes 2-1 in MMA.

In February Stojanovic battled out at Girl Power 2 Stara Zagora. Although Bosnian fighter was eliminated in the first round by the representative of the country-host Iliana Gelebova, she looks forward to her second attempt to take all tournament.

The updated Girl Power 3 Sunny Beach fight card looks as the following:

The Hall of Fame boxing referee out of the United States Steve Smoger and the representative of the WKN in Germany Klaus Hagemann officiate the bouts. The coordinator of the event is a former WBC International lightweight champion out of France Bruno Wartelle. The ring announcer is a notable French journalist and TV presenter Jean-Philippe Lustyk. The President of the World Kickboxing Network Stephane Cabrera attends the show.
