Muay Thai promotion CMT 10 is held on Friday August 4 in Brisbane.
CMT 10 continues a non-stop action of the hybrid sport that features Muay Thai rules in the octagon with fighters participants battling out in the MMA gloves. The upcoming show is international fight bill with Australian athletes, as well as representatives of Thailand, New Zealand, England, Ireland and Brazil.
In the headline bout Australian John Wayne Parr faces off Jake Purdy of England. The second bout from the top is a clash between Thai-Australia Ghot Seur Noi and Chris Wells of New Zealand.
The fight card also includes two women’s Muay Thai bouts. In one of the challenges Jemma Byard takes on Amelia Dickson. In the second, Jada Ketley goes up against Rachelle Harrison.
The promotion has recently announced an additional match that features Sam Roberts of the UK up against Roberto Fogassi of Brazil. As well, Callum Nadin-Mason of New Zealand takes on Branton Termine, replacing a previously expected George Smith of England. The latter was forced to pull out from the contest due to an eye injury.
