Vivien’s model, Muay Thai fighter Lilian Dikmans appears on the cover of Australian Women’s Health and Fitness magazine.
Lilian Dikmans (3-0) is a Muay Thai practitioner out of Melbourne, Victoria. Managed by Vivien’s Models, the ex-lawyer and author at Real Food Healthy Body is a cover model of Women’s Health and Fitness, edition August 2017.
The publication features Dikmans talking about her body and career secrets. She also gives tips on how to achieve success. When it comes to keeping her figure ready for modeling, Dikmans finds the Art of Eight Limbs instrumental, saying “I usually train myself four to five times a week”.
“I do a mixture of Muay Thai, boxing, functional conditioning exercises, and some Pilates and yoga when I can fit it in. If I have a fight coming up, training increases to six days a week, sometimes twice a day.”
Dikmans appears motivated by constant progress as such. “My goals are always evolving,” she told Katelyn Swallow of WH&F.
“But I’ve just joined the team at FIGHTMAG as a contributing author. I am excited to start sharing more about my fitness and training. There’s also more video content on the horizon.”
