Kickboxing event Glory 45 is held on September 30 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The event comprises Glory 45 Amsterdam, following Glory 45 Super Fight Series. The happening is the fourth kickboxing promotion the organization presents in the Netherlands since 2015.

The main event at Glory 45 Amsterdam is a featherweight title fight. Reigning champion Robin van Roosmalen (38-7, 21 KO) faces off the number one contender out of Ukraine Serhiy Adamchuk (35-8, 14 KO).

Riding a three-fight winning streak Van Roosmalen is also a former lightweight title holder, which makes him the only fighter in Glory to win the belt in two classes. Adamchuk is coming out of a decision victory against Dylan Salvador at Glory 42 Paris in June. He has also previously defeated Mosab Amrani, Gabriel Varga and Marat Grigorian.

The program also includes a welterweight bout between Nieky Holzken (90-13, 46 KO) and Yoann Kongolo (65-9, 46 KO). The bout is a rematch following their 2016 encounter in Copenhagen where Holzken took a unanimous decision.

In addition, the program features a four-man light heavyweight tournament. To date the organization announced three competitors: Imad Hadar (19-1, 7 KO), Manny Mancha (5-2, 4 KO) and Michael Duut (40-8, 17 KO). The name of the fourth fighter is expected to be announced shortly.
