MMA event UFC 214: Cormier vs Jones 2 is held on Saturday July 29 at Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The five-fight main card airs on Pay-Per View. It follows the four-fight preliminary program on FXX, and the three-fight bill on UFC Fight Pass. Three championship belts will be contested on the night.

A five-round UFC light heavyweight championship headlines the show. The reigning champion Daniel Cormier faces off a former title holder Jon Jones. The contest is also a rematch following their original encounter in 2015 when Jones, champion at that time, defended the title via a unanimous decision. At the weigh-in ceremony conducted on Friday Cormier showed 205. Jones weighed-in at 204.5.

The co-main event is a welterweight championship between the current title holder Tyron Woodley and Demian Maia. On the scales the champion was 170. The challenger was the same.

In addition, the third title clash will crown a new women’s featherweight champion. The contest features Cris Cyborg up against Tonya Evinger.┬áBoth fighters weighed-in at 145.

Also on the main card welterweight Robbie Lawler (170) takes on Donald Cerrone (170). As well Jimi Manuwa (204.5) squares off Volkan Oezdemir (205.5).
