Quick “One and Done” knockout in Muay Thai
Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee is one of the most notable Muay Thai fighters of today. He is also one of the most entertaining fighters to watch.
The show starts on the walkout. You will see Sudsakorn dancing a la “Gangnam style”, wearing a multi-color wig, Superman hat, pink glasses and much more.
However when he enters the square circle – it’s all business. Nevertheless the smile remains on his face practically all the time.
Over the course of his career Sudsakorn earned the World Kickboxing Network super lightweight title. He is also the 2010 Big-8 World Grand Prix winner, as well as the 2013 Thai Fight Kard Chuek champion, being a regular participant at the promotion. The latter is a style of Muay Thai fighting when instead of the boxing gloves, the ropes are used around the hand and forearm.
On Monday the organization posted a new video on its page on Facebook. The clip continues the series “Thai Fight Knockout”. The footage features Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee up against the German competitor Erik Massion in a “gloveless” performance.
The pair battled out mid July in Thailand’s province Yala. Following a left knee strike of Massion, Sudsakorn executed a devastating overhand right, dropping his opponent to the canvas. The fight lasted nine seconds.
Riding a five-fight winning streak Sudsakorn is scheduled to return to Europe next month. Earlier this year he twice appeared in Italy, as well as visited France.
Alongside his famous Thai-fellow Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym, Sudsakorn partakes at Thai Fight Barcelona, held on September 30 at Palau d’Esports de la Vall d’Hebron. His opponent is yet to be named.
