Aleksandar Petrov vs Bojan Gajic for WKN European light heavyweight title

Kickboxing series Girl Power 4 Varna airs on SFR Sport 5 on Friday October 13. The event is the third episode of the women’s kickboxing tournament produced in Bulgaria, following the shows on Sunny Beach and in Stara Zagora. The pilot was presented in 2014 in Liepaja, Latvia live on Pay-Per-View.

Girl Power is a one-night eight-woman featherweight kickboxing contest. To take all, the contender has to collect three victories during one evening in the format of the Olympic system tournament: quarter-final, semi-final and final. Prestigious WKN championship belt at stake.

Earlier this weeks the organization announced the eighth competitor, finalizing the roster of the upcoming show. On Thursday, World Kickboxing Network topped up the fight bill with European championship featured on the program.

Bulgarian Aleksandar Petrov faces Serbian Bojan Gajic in a five-round challenge for WKN European light heavyweight title. Petrov is known for his bouts against Daniel Tex, Mateusz Duczmal, Gokhan Gedik, Cedric Tousch, among others. Gajic faced the likes of Daniel Cikarevic and Petar Urosevic. He as well partakes in Collision Fighting League this coming Saturday in Belgrade, taking on Ziya Bayramov, trying himself in MMA.

The roster at Girl Power 4 Varna features the representative of Belgium, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Bulgaria. The complete line up can be found below.

The official tournament draw and weigh-in ceremony is conducted on Thursday October 12. The Hall of Fame boxing referee, American Steve Smoger is expected to officiate the bouts.
