Kickboxing made-in WKN

Simply the Best is a world series of the international kickboxing events. Each episode features the elite fighters, battling out for WKN world and subordinate championships.

Sixteen episodes have been produced to date. The culmination of Season 3 happens in two weeks time, when Kickboxing World Championship returns to Belgium with STB 17, series “Nuit des Titans XVI”, which takes place in Farciennes on Sunday November 26.

Alongside Belgium, the list of countries hosted Simply the Best within the past three seasons includes Argentina, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden and Poland. The events featured such notable kickboxers as Nicolas Wamba, Ondrej Hutnik, Vladimir Moravcik, Tomasz Makowski, Yuri Bessmertny, Petr Vondracek, Cristian Bosch and others. The series air on European network SFR Sport 5, as well as on the TV channels in each country-host of the event.

Although to date, no dates and places for the next season have been formally announced, WKN President Stephane Cabrera confirmed to FIGHTMAG that the fourth season is in the works. The expected countries to accommodate the show are Argentina, Belgium, Slovakia, among others. We will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
