Mozny vs. Sarara for WKN title

“Slovakian Giant” Tomas Mozny is expected to take on Polish heavyweight Tomasz Sarara next May. The match up is not yet formally booked, with more information, including the exact date and the place, expected to be revealed in the near future.

Tomas Mozny (13-5) is victorious in his most recent bout held in October, when he stopped Egyptian Ayman Hassanin at Simply the Best 16 Kosice. In August he suffered a defeat against England’s Daniel Sam at Fight Night Saint Tropez, after taking the decision against Czech Alen Kapetanovic in June at Rebuy Stars. His resume also includes the 2016 victory of the +500 kg tournament in St Tropez, as well as a unanimous decision over Cihad Kepenek at GLORY 26 in Copenhagen last year.

Tomasz Sarara is known for his appearance at Bigger’s Better Boxing, Episode 8 Lisbon, in 2011 live on Eurosport. In the Sweet Science he is also victorious over his country-fellow Lukasz Zygmunt. In addition, over the course of his career Sarara battled out against the likes of Peter Balaz, Nikolai Falin, Andrij Osadchyj.
