Mukhanzhan replaces Naseri at Thai Fight 67 kg tournament semi-final

Famed Muay Thai promotion “Thai Fight” finalizes 2017 with an international gala held tomorrow night (Saturday December 23) at CentralPlaza Chiang Mai Airport. The event features a ten-fight bill, with the semi-final bouts of three single-elimination tournaments, as well as a series of super fights.

The previously revealed fight card has suffered a change. FIGHTMAG learned from our source in Bangkok Top Sangmorakot, that Bauyrbek Mukhanzhan of Kazakhstan replaces a previously announced Iranian fighter Amir Naseri.

Mukhanzhan goes up against Brazilian Henrique Muller in the semi-final bout of the 67 kg tournament. In another semi-final famed Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym faces Canadian Abdou Haddad.

Among other bouts Thai star Saiyok takes on Italian super welterweight Martin Meoni. Sudsakorn meets Ukrainian Vasyl Sorokin also at super welterweight. In addition super lightweight PTT Petchrungrueng battles out against Brazilian Victor Nunes.

The official weigh-in ceremony is conducted on Friday. The show airs live on Channel 3 and 33 from 6.00-8.00 pm (local time) and on Channel 28 from 8.00-9.45 pm, and online on LINE TV. The current fight card can be found below.
