Ivana Miklasova Gaining The Glory

Kickboxing beauty Ivana Miklasova needs as much or as little but to kick off the season with the win on her home soil.

Miklasova made a big step towards popularity in September 2014 at the Lords of the Ring fight night in Belfast. There she KO’d Northern Ireland’s Ursula Agnew and became a new WKN amateur world champion. The next chapter was her participation in the famous Bigger’s Better Boxing series. Exclusive ‘Girl Power’ edition aired live on PPV across the Planet from Latvia. Miklasova went up to the final with the wins over Thai Daorung Samrong and Turkish Seda Duygu Aygun. In the championship round she faced Anna Tatjana Lie from Norway, who became the winner of the tourney. Few days before Christmas Miklasova fought in Italy where she faced a defeat in the WKN world championship against local Veronica Vernocchi.

On February 20 Ivana Miklasova steps inside the boxing ring in her home town Nitra. She is facing Sandra Bengtsson who will come from Sweden. Bengtsson is not going to be an easy task either. Swedish competitor is a 2015 WKN kickboxing international champion and IFMA muaythai Royal World cup bronze medalist, as well as 2014 European champion. Women kickboxers will clash in the WKN featherweight European title fight under oriental rules.

Nitra Night Fighter will also see the WKN heavyweight European GP with local Tomas Mozny and Martin Pacas, Dutch Colin George and Greek Giorgos Mavrogiannis. Several National and International title bouts also included in the card.
