Fight Night Saint Tropez 2016 will see kickboxing +500 kg tournament featuring the WKN world championship Lidon vs Solaja on Thursday, 4th August 2016 at La citadelle de Saint-Tropez, France.

This year annual WKN kickboxing VIP event Fight Night Saint Tropez jumps over the limit. No jokes, the previous gala saw Jerome Le Banner in his final fight and beat all French TV ratings. This time promoters go further and bring four giants to clash in the 4 man eliminator tournament. Slovak Tomas Mozny, England’s Daniel Sam, Diego dos Santos Ferreira from Brazil and Cuban Daniel Perez throw-in 525 kg in total to find out who is the baddest man.

Moreover, Fight Night 2016 schedules French star Yohan Lidon for the defense of his WKN world title. Last May Lidon scored l’Equipe 21 KO of the year when he dropped Armenian-Dutch Karapet Karapetyan and earned the belt at Dark Fights event in Paris. On August 4th he will face Danijel Solaja 44 (14KO)-5-1 who jets from Oberhausen to St Tropez in hopes to steal prestigious belt and bring it back to Germany.

In addition to heavy names and big numbers on the scales, Fight Night Saint Tropez puts two heavyweight super fights on the card. French Stephane Susperregui is taking on a long time vis-a-vis Congolese-German Danyo Ilunga. Frenchman has a payback in the pocket for the 2013 KO loss in London. This bout certainly promises fireworks. Hereafter, Russian Alexei Papin lined up against American Karl Roberson. Papin is a prominent kickboxer, who, among everything states the win over Belarusian Andrei Gerasimchuk. Roberson is the last opponent of Geronimo in 2015. For both competitors it is an important rating bout that will certainly entertain the audience.
