Kickboxing world series Simply The Best continue the knockout action on Kombat Sport with the three-event schedule to close out the third season.
On Friday, August 26 the WKN world office announced the dates and locations for the following Simply The Best shows. The series return to Slovakia and Belgium, and also make a debut in Poland.
STB returns to Arena Poprad in Slovakia on Saturday, October 1. The eleventh edition promotes kickboxing championship of Europe. The super heavyweight Tomas Mozny was looking to headline the show taking on Georgij Fibich. However The Giant Slovak had to pull out due to an injury he received earlier this month at Fight Night Saint Tropez. A new opponent for Fibich is not yet revealed. The light heavyweight championship squares Vladimir Idranyi and Matous Kohout. Ivana Miklasova tops up the bill facing off Ashley Gilson in woman’s international bout. Tomas Senkyr is going up against Colombia’s best Andres Dusan in the cruiser-weight clash. Promoter of the event is Lukas Bodyy. This is the third Simply The Best gala he organizes in Slovakia.
On November 20 the WKN makes a comeback to Belgium. The city of Farciennes takes in STB 12. Osman Yigin promotes La Nuit Des Titans under the eminent banner of Simply The Best. The seven-fight fully international card is in makes. The locals will face international competitors from Iran, France, Greece, Italy and Slovakia. Omar Bellahmar, Lello Perego and Allan Gozdzicki will battle in the international championship bouts. Paolo Renna will challenge for the super featherweight European title.
Simply The Best makes an anticipated arrival to Poland on December 3. Moreover it brings the world championship kickboxing to headline STB 13 in Zielona Gora. Eminent Tomasz Makowski will feature in the main event. He gets one more opportunity to fight for the prestigious title. The fight card is currently being built.
