The WKN kickboxing championship of Europe Idranyi vs Kohout headlines Simply The Best 11 Poprad on Saturday, October 1, 2016 in Slovakia.

Simply The Best 11 Poprad is the following chapter of the WKN world series on SFR Sport 5. In the main event prominent kickboxers Vladimir Idranyi of Slovakia and Matous Kohout of Czech Republic will battle out for the prestigious WKN European title. The fight card includes MMA championship with Portuguese Vitor Pinto in defense of his belt against local Emin Sefa. In addition, Samuel Hadzima and Xavier Lejour of Belgium will square the differences in the international title fight. The historical event tops up the event. Andres Dussan is the first kickboxer from Colombia to ever compete on European soil. He is taking on strong Slovak Tomas Senkyr in the intercontinental bout. A series of rating fights will see local athletes facing off competitors from Czech Republic, Poland and Belarus.

The promoter of the event is Lukas Bodyy. This is the third edition of Simply The Best he puts together in Slovakia. The coordinator of the show is Petr Lamac of Czech Republic. The WKN supervisor on the night is Belgium’s former 16-time world champion Osman Yigin. The World Kickboxing Network president Stephane Cabrera attends the event.

Simply The Best 11 Poprad airs live on several national TV networks including Poprad 24, Digi Spor and O2 Sport. The gala is exclusively televised throughout European continent by SFR Sport 5. Official weigh-in ceremony was held yesterday.
