Simply The Best 12 Farciennes Results

Simply The Best 12 Farcinnes returned international kickboxing to Belgium on Sunday, November 20, 2016. Former 16-time world champion Osman Yigin once again produced an outstanding sports fiesta made in WKN. Four prestigious title belts featured on the program alongside a series of super fights. The president of the World Kickboxing Network, Stephane Cabrera presented at the event as a special guest.


Kickboxing international championship Belgium vs Greece headlined the event. Super heavyweight Dmitris Vakakis caused an upset when he earned the first round knockout victory over local favorite Omar Bellahmar. Belgium’s Lello Perego also went up against Greek fighter Gino Miftari. The couple challenged for the super welterweight international title. As a result Perego came out victorious.

Also on the night Frenchman Christian Berthely defeated local Nordine Saidane. The guest claimed the intercontinental title in the super welterweight division.

In addition, Simply The Best 12 Farciennes crowned a new champion of Europe. Lorenzo Piras of Sardinia earned the super featherweight title by the way of knockout. He dropped local Paolo Renna in the third round.

Also on the card Xavier Lejour took the third round knockout victory over Florea Ionut in the international muaythai bout.
