Marina Spasic Replaces Luba Littau at Girl Power II

Marina Spasic takes part in the female kickboxing tournament “Girl Power II” on Friday February 10 live on SFR Sport 5.

The 22-year-old Marina Spasic (24-6-0) is a prominent kickboxer out of Serbia. She is fighting out of KBK Sindelic under the patronage of Nikola Pavkovic. Spasic is a current national champion as well as the winner of the 2016 K-1 WGP in Belgrade. Therewith she is a 2015 winner of the Balkan Cup in Bosnia and a finalist of the World Cup in Austria. Her resume also includes training at the Golden Glory camp in Netherlands.


In the next Friday’s 8 woman kickboxing contest Spasic replaces Luba Littau. An injury forced the German fighter, who also recently featured at FIGHTMAG beauty column, to withdraw from the contest.

Girl Power II is a relaunch of TV series produced by the Bigger’s Better Boxing. The event held in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria airs live on French network SFR Sport 5.

The updated fight card of the upcoming show comprises two fighters out of France, Laura Follereau and Mallaury Kalachnikoff. On Wednesday, accompanied by Jean-Philippe Lustyk, they appeared at Kombat Club with Lucie Bertaud, promoting the show on French television. The program also includes two contenders out of Belgium, Nathalie Visshers and Ilham Gramal. Hungarian Judit Laura Foldvari and Bosnian Zorka Stojanovic top up the bill of challengers. In conclusion, Iliana Metodieva Gelebova represents the country-host of the event.

Hall of fame referee out of the United States Steve Smoger as well as the “top dog” out of Germany Klaus Hagemann officiate the bouts. The event-coordinator is a former WBC lightweight international champion, Frenchman Bruno Wartelle. In addition, the backbone of the promotion is the World Kickboxing Network.
