MMA fighter Ronda Rousey guest star in an upcoming episode of Blindspot on NBC network.

Blindspot is an American crime drama TV series. The show airs Wednesdays at 8 pm (ET) on NBC. The cast includes Jaimie Alexander who plays Jane Doe, Sullivan Stapleton who plays Kurt Weller and Rob Brown who plays Edgrar Reade, and others. This is where a former UFC and Strikeforce women’s bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey appears on the small screen, joining the crew.

According to Entertainment Weekly, in the episode scheduled for early May, Rousey will guest-star portraying a tough athletic woman Devon Penberthy. The personage is a female prison inmate. She is coming out of a working-class family, growing up in White Mountains of New Hampshire. Penberthy is serving time for transporting weapons across state lines. She has fighting skills and also knows how to use the weapon.

On the big screen Rousey played roles in such movies as The Expendables 3, Furious 7 and Entourage. She stared shoulder to shoulder with numerous celebrities including Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, and many others.

Also, Ronda Rousey’s documentary film, Through My Father’s Eyes is released in the United States on May 1. In addition, two more pictures are reportedly in makes, Road House and Do Nothing Bitches.

In November 2015 she suffered a knockout defeat against Holly Holm at UFC 193 in Melbourne. Rousey made a return last December in Las Vegas.
