Famed muaythai fighter Singdam Kiatmuu9 partakes in VIP gala “Dubai Fight” on May 4 in Emirates.
33-year-old Singdam Kiatmuu9 (269-64-2) is a well-known name in muaythai circuits. The lightweight competitor out of Isan has held Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. For over a decade he has been the Thailand’s Top 10 in the division.
The list of the notable Thai athletes Sigdam has fought comprises Orono Wor Petchpun, Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym, Samkor Kiatmontep, Kaew Fairtex, Sagetdao Petpayaythai, among others. In addition he has also defeated English star Liam Harrison, Australian fighters Jake Moulden and Jayy Tonkin, as well as John Giib and Azize Hlali out of France.
Riding the eight-fight winning streak the “Black Lion” tops up the bill at the VIP gala on May 4 in Dubai. The World Kickboxing Network announced on Tuesday the return of the world championship event to the United Arab Emirates. French Yohan Lidon headlines the event in the second defense of the WKN super middleweight world title. He faces off Hungarian Patrick Vidakovic. In the semi-main event Karim Bennoui of France and Antoine Habash of Hungary will challenge for the WKN super featherweight world title. Both bouts are scheduled at 5 x 3 minute rounds.
Thai fighter Singdam sqaures off with also French fighter, Rayan Mekki. The 67 kg bout will go ahead at 3 x 3 minute rounds.
The fight card also includes another top guest out of Thailand. The representative of Yokkao Saenchaigym, Yodchai battles out against Brandon Vieira of France. The bout is similarly scheduled at 3 x 3 minute rounds in the 61 kg weight class.
In addition, Sofiane Boukichou goes up against Mohamed Aly of Egypt. The pair meets in the heavyweight MMA encounter at the 2 × 5 fight formula.
Promoter of the show is Eric Favre. The event features on the five-day VIP program. The world championships supervisor is Osman Yigin, representing the WKN.
