Aida Halac partakes in female kickboxing contest Girl Power live on SFR Sport.

Aida Halac out of Bosnia and Herzegovina takes part in Girl Power 3 on Friday June 23. She is the third revealed competitor on the card. Last week the promotion announced the semi-finalist of the second series Marina Spacic of Serbia, and also a prominent kickboxer out of Belgium Ashley Gilson confirmed for the event.

Fighting out of Zenica, Aida Halac brings to the table the 2-0 record in kickboxing as well as the 7-2 in boxing. In addition she is the 2015 ISKA champion. She tops up the bill of Girl Power 3. The event is an eight-woman tournament in the featherweight class.

International competitors will battle out in the fast-paced bouts challenging for the WKN belt. To conquer all tournament the contender needs to collect three victories during one evening.

The producer of the Girl Power series is the Bigger’s Better Boxing. The backbone is the World Kickboxing Network. The broadcasting platform is SFR Sport 5, a branch of a large SFR Group. The partnership dedicates to increase the opportunities for women in sports around the World.

The BBB presented the concept to network in February. The organization has also recently announced the ten-event schedule within two seasons. Four qualification tournaments lead to the Girl Power Grand Final.

The rest of the card at Girl Power 3 is expected to feature athletes from Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey, Portugal and Macedonia. We will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
