Kunlun Fight 62 Results: Buakaw, Superbon & Gurkov victorious by decision

Chinese promotion Kunlun Fight made a return to Thailand on Saturday June 10. The event held in Bangkok featured some of the most prominent Muay Thai fighters and kick-boxers of today.

Renowned Buakaw Banchamek battled out in the main event. “The King of Muay Thai” squared off against Kong Lingfeng of China. The bout was a rematch following their encounter last March in Dongguanin, when Thai fighter earned a decision.

The second bout, held in Thailand, similarly went on distance. The official result proclaimed the representative of the country-host as a winner by a unanimous decision.

The program also showcased another popular Thai Superbon Banchamek. The 2017 IFMA world champion faced off Russian Artem Pashporin. After three rounds of action the decision went in favor of Superbon.

In addition, Vitaly Gurkov of Belarus took part in the event. Representing Banchamek Gym he went up against Nurla Mulali of China. The decision went in favor of Belarussian.

Kunlun Fight 62 also comprised a series of super fights. As well, the qualifying bouts of the 70 kg tournament featured on the program.
