Kickboxing Simply the Best 16 Kosice open training video

Simply the Best Kickboxing returns to Slovakia this Saturday with Episode 16 produced at Steel Arena in Kosice. The program comprises 13 bouts with three WKN titles contested on the night.

The roster includes the leading Slovakian fighters up against international opponents, representing Belarus, France, Romania, Ukraine, Egypt, Lithiania and Czech Republic. The open training took place on Tuesday featuring the likes of Vladimir Moravcik, Tomas Mozny, Pavol Garaj, among others.

In addition the organization announced two changes in the fight card. Slovakian super light heavyweight Adrian Valentin faces Vladislav Fostenko, who replaces his Ukranian-fellow Ivan Brokhov. As well, super bantamweight Martin Parlagi takes on Poland’s Krzysztof Rogowski, who fills in for Damian Lawniczak.

Slovakian Vladimir Moravcik headlines Simply the Best 16 Kosice battling out against Belarusian Yuri Bessmertny in a three-round WKN International super middleweight championship. “Slovakian Giant” Tomas Mozny faces Egyptian heavyweight Ayman Hassanin in a three-round non-title co-main event.

Also on the card Slovakian Pavol Garaj challenges Czech Matous Kohout for WKN International middleweight belt. Slovakian Mixed Martial Artist Miroslav Strbak goes up against Ukrainian Sergej Grecicho for WKN International welterweight title.

STB 16 Kosice is the fourth series produced in Slovakia. It follows three previous episodes held in Poprad.

The promoters of the event are Lukas Body and Petr Lamac. President of World Kickboxing Network Stephane Cabrera is expected to attend the event.
