International Kickboxing made-in WKN

World-class kickboxing returns to French city Saint-Fons with Nuit des Challenges 17 held tonight, Saturday December 16, at Palais des Sports. The event promoted by famed trainer Nasser Kacem (coach of Yohan Lidon) features local and international athletes, with three WKN match ups featured on the card.

The event marks the return of Abdallah Mabel who faces Bulgarian Hristo Hristov. The middleweight bout is scheduled for three rounds.

At the official weigh-in ceremony conducted on Friday the representative of the country-host showed 76.100 kg. His opponent was 75.300 kg.

The fight card also includes the clash of the super heavyweights, featuring Turkish-French Yuksel Ayaydin up against Serbian Mihajlo Kecojevic. On the scales Ayaydin was 123.500 kg. Kecojevic showed 108.300 kg.

In addition, the son of the promoter, Antar Kacem takes on a newly crowned WKN Intercontinental lightweight champion out of Argentina Nikolas Vega. The French fighter weighed-in at 64.600 kg. The South American guest was 64.400 kg.
