Thai Fight Chiang Mai weigh-ins

The final “Thai Fight” event of the year takes place tonight (Saturday December 23) at Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. The event is televised on Channel 3 and 33 from 6 pm to 8.00 pm (local time) and on Channel 28 from 8 pm to 9.45 pm. In addition the live stream is available on Line TV.

The fight card includes ten bouts, with several notable Thai fighters, as well as the international competitors, representing Russia, Uzbekistan, Italy, France, Algeria, Ukraine, Brazil, Iran, Germany and Canada. The event features the semi-final bouts of three single-elimination tournaments, and a series of super fights.

Among the bouts famed Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym faces Canadian super lightweight Abdou Haddad. The pair battles out in one of the semi-finals of the 67 kg tournament.

Also on the card the representative of the country-host Saiyok Pumpanmuang takes on Italian Martin Meoni in the semi-final bout of the 72.5 kg tournament. In addition Thai Sudsakorn Sor. Klinmee meets Ukrainian Vasyl Sorokin at super welterweight.
