Thai Fight Chiangmai results

The final “Thai Fight” promotion of the year was held last night (Saturday December 23) at Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. The event was televised on Channel 3 and 33, Channel 28, as well as streamed online on Line TV.

The program comprised twelve bouts with several notable Thai fighters up against international competitors, coming from Russia, Uzbekistan, Italy, France, Algeria, Ukraine, Brazil, Iran, Germany and Canada. The event featured the semi-final bouts of three single-elimination tournaments, and a series of super fights.

Among the bouts famed Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym scored the decision against Canadian super lightweight Abdou Haddad. The pair battled out in one of the semi-finals of the 67 kg tournament. In the second semi-final bout Bauyrbek Mukhanzhan of Kazakhstan similarly defeated Brazilian Henrique Muller.

Also on the card Ukrainian super welterweight Vasyl Sorokin defeated Thai Sudsakorn Sor. Klinmee by decision. Super welterweight Saiyok Pumpanmuang similarly defeated Italian Martin Meoni. In addition, super lightweight PTT Petchrungrueng stopped Brazilian Victor Nunes in the first round. The complete results can be found below.
