Yodsanklai Fairtex vs. Enriko Kehl
Yodsanklai Fairtex takes on Enriko Kehl in his return fight scheduled for February 4 in China. The bout features on the card at kickboxing event Kunlun Fight 69 held in Guiyang, China.
Earlier this week FIGHTMAG learned that the winner of “The Contender Asia” Yodsanklai Fairtex is back in the ring. Following the announcement, it has been revealed that The King of Muay Thai goes up against the K-1 World MAX championship winner, German Enriko Kehl.
Yodsanklai Fairtex is the former Lumpinee Stadium champion in two different weight classes. He is also the former World Muaythai Council middleweight champion and WBC World super welterweight champion. His resume includes the victories against such stars as John Wayne Parr, Yohan Lidon, Cosmo Alexandre, Dzhabar Askerov, among others. Before the retirement Yodsanklai earned four victories in 2017.
Enriko Kehl is well-known for his bout against renowned Buakaw Banchamek in Pattaya in 2014. Over the course of his career he has collected ISKA World middleweight title in 2013, as well as the IFMA Muay Thai European Cup in 2012. He defeated the likes of Shane Campbell, Nonsai Sor. Sanyakorn, Erkan Varol. In his most recent bout last December Kehl scored the decision against Arbi Emiev.
Alongside Yodsanklai Fairtex vs. Enriko Kehl, the card at Kunlun Fight 69 includes Letitia Madjene up against Wang Kehan. Buakaw and Superbon Banchamek also reportedly partake in the event.
