Glory 50 Super Fight Series nearly full fight card announced

Glory Kickboxing returns to Chicago on Saturday February 17 (February 16 in the US). The event No. 50 takes place at UIC Pavillion with two titles contested on the night. In addition to the previously announced main event bouts, a four-man knockout tournament, as well as a number of rating bouts have been added to the program.

GLORY 50 Chicago airs live on ESPN 3 featuring Murthel Groenhart who defends his welterweight title against Harut Grigorian in the headline bout. Four heavyweights make up the roster of a single-elimination tournament. Benjamin Adegbuyi goes up against D’Angelo Marshall in one of the semi-finals, and Guto Inocente takes on Junior Tafa in another. The winners of these bouts will face off in the final round on the same night. In addition, welterweight Richard Abraham meets Malik Watson-Smith in the co-headline bout.

GLORY 50 Super Fight Series, streamed on UFC Fight Pass, is headlined by Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong who defends his lightweight title against Christian Baya. The co-headline bouts is a heavyweight battle between Catalin Morosanu and Giannis Stoforidis. The fight card also includes two welterweight bouts between Omar Moreno and Casey Greene, as well as Daniel Morales and Omari Boyd.

The fifth bout finalizing Glory 50 Super Fight Series card is expected to be announced in the coming days. The current lineup can be found below.
