Kickboxing made-in WKN

Kickboxing event Nuit des Gladiateurs takes place at Salle Vallier in Marseille, France on Saturday January 13. The event promoted by Jean Armand Da Lomba is the eight-fight bill with local and international competitors.

The main event is WKN International match-up between French lightweight Eddy Nait Slimani and Charlie Peters of England. The bout is scheduled for three rounds in oriental kickboxing (K-1 rules).

At the official weigh-in ceremony conducted on Friday, the representative of the country-host, Nait Slimani showed 64 kg. The guest out of the United Kingdom, Peters was 65 kg.

The co-main event is a super lightweight battle between Samir Mohamed and Cedric Castagna. On the scales Mohamed declared 66 kg. Castagna was 67 kg.

Also on the card Amel Dehby meets Lizzie Largilier at women’s bantamweight. In addition, the pair of super lightweight bouts tops up the bill, featuring Hakim Ketaieb face off Philippe Salmon, and Jocelyn Branchu up against Anthony Recio. The full line-up can be found below.
