‘Greek Emperor’ John Pale partakes in The Battle 18 by WKN in Athens

The Battle: No.1 Greek Fight Show

The Battle 18 by WKN takes place at Olympic Taekwondo Centre in Athens on April 29. Considered as No.1 Greek Fight Show, the event promoted by Stefanos Konstantinidis features a mixed bill with kickboxing and MMA bouts presented on the card.


On Thursday the promotion topped up the roster, adding Ioannis Palaiologos [John Pale] (14-8) to the fight card of the upcoming show. “Greek Emperor” takes part in the event going up against a middleweight opponent whose name is yet announced.

The resume of Pale includes the wins against Damian Majewski, Niko Puhakka, Alexandros Dimaras, among others. In addition, according to Greek website Prizefighting.gr he earned gold at the recent BJJ Pan-Hellenic Championship.

The Battle 18 by WKN is headlined by the four-man kickboxing eliminator. Four light heavyweights meet in a knockout tournament with WKN Greek title on the line. The list of participants includes Nikos Tzotzos, Pavlos Misias, Giannis Manolas and Diakam Emmanuel. The tournament draw is conducted the day before the event.

Also on the card Christina Stelliou makes her debut at The Battle, contesting for WKN flyweight belt. Other match ups are expected to be announced in the near future. The current lineup can be found below.
