Tomasz Sarara vs. Tomas Mozny 2 fight video
Polish kickboxing star Tomasz Sarara went up against “Slovakian Giant” Tomas Mozny on Friday May 25 in Warsaw. The pair battled out for WKN World Super Heavyweight title, which was featured on the card at “Boxing Night 14”. The event aired live on TVP Sport, taking place at National Stadium (PGE Narodowy) with 30,000 sold tickets.
The scheduled for five rounds championship bout ended in the fourth. Mozny received a deep cut extending from his right eye brow up through his forehead. The doctor made a decision to stop the contest.
As a result Sarara became a new World Kickboxing Network Super Heavyweight champion, earning the belt against Mozny via the fourth-round TKO. In addition, the contest was their second encounter, following the final of boxing series “Bigger’s Better 22” held in 2013 in Zakopane, where Polish fighter came out victorious by decision.
Also the night Polish Ewa Piatkowska defeated Maria Lindberg of Sweden. The majority decision (95-95, 96-94, 96-94) went in favor of the representative of the country-host, who retained her WBC World female Super Welterweight title.
