Kings of Muay Thai: Buakaw Banchamek and Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym
Buakaw Banchamek and Saenchai PKSaenchaimuaythaigym are two of the most notable Muay Thai fighters of all time. They rank alongside the “Boxing Computer” famed Yodsanklai Fairtex.
Buakaw is a two-time winner of K-1 World Max Grand Prix. He is coming off the decision victory against Liberian-Australian Victor Nagbe earned at All Star Fight 4 this past Monday in Hong Kong.
Riding the 38-fight win streak, Saenchai is the former four-division champion at the prestigious Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. He is fresh off his win against Italian Andrea Serra taken by decision at Thai Fight Samui held mid this month.
On Sunday, Sanehchai posted a new photo on his official page on Facebook. It shows him facing off “The White Lotus” at, what appears to be, a popular Yokkao Gym.
“Guess what’s going down,” stated in the caption. Several comments from fans suggest that the pair square off in a “karaoke battle”, although a real showdown inside the square circle would be an incredible Muay Thai match up. However the stars compete in different weight classes.
Both fighters wear hats, with Buakaw’s featuring Banchamek Gym logo, while Saenchai is photographed wearing World Kickboxing Network (WKN) cap.
