Johane Beausejour vs. Damien Cazambo – WKN Super Middleweight title

WKN makes its debut in Madagascar on September 8. The event marks the first time when the major kickboxing governing sanctions World Championship bout in this East African country, the organization announced late this week.

The contest for WKN Super Middleweight title in Muay Thai features the representative of the country-host Johane Beausejour up against Damien Cazambo of Reunion Island, which is a French department in the Indian Ocean. The championship bout headlines the “Xtreme Combat 3” event, promoted by Lion Force in the capital of Madagascar, Antananarivo.

Johane Beasuejour is known for his bouts against Toby “The Weapon” Smith, Sudsakorn Sor. Klinmee, Jimmy Vienot. In his most recent outing he defeated Stefan Terziev by decision.

Damien Cazambo earned victories against Buanguen Kaaisansukgym, Sakchai Krudamgym, among others. He has been a regular competitor at Max Muay Thai.

The fight card at “Xtreme Combat 3” also includes a four-man knockout tournament at 60 kg. The list of participants features the representatives of Madagascar, France, Reunion Island and China. The names of fighters are yet to be announced.
