Conor McGregor makes his highly anticipated return to the Octagon on October 7 (AWST). “The Notorious” takes on the defending lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in the main event of UFC 229 held at T-Mobile Arena.
Ahead of arguably the biggest fight in the history of organization, the promotion announced a new series “UFC Profiles in Combat”. The first episode featuring Conor McGregor is scheduled on Fight Pass this coming Sunday September 2 (AWST). The preview trailer hit the stream on Friday.
Among everything, Conor McGregor went in history as the first athlete in UFC, who held titles in two different weight classes simultaneously (Featherweight and Lightweight). He is also famed for his showdown inside the square circle against Floyd Mayweather, which marked his debut as a professional boxer last August.
