UFC Moscow: Hunt vs. Oliynyk weigh-in results

UFC Moscow (Fight Night 136) is held on Sunday September 16, starting at 2 AM (AWST). The event takes place at Olimpiyskiy Stadium featuring the twelve-fight bill, which marks a debut of Ultimate Fighting Championship in Russia.

The main event is a five-round heavyweight battle between Mark Hunt and Oleksiy Oliynyk. At the official weigh-in ceremony conducted a day before the fight show “The Super Samoan” tipped the scales at 265. The representative of the country-host was 235.

Also on the card a light heavyweight encounter between Jan Blachowicz and Nikita Krylov. Both fighters weighed-in at 205.

In addition, Andrei Arlovski (224) faces Shamil Abdurakhimov (256) at heavyweight, and Aleksei Kunchenko (170) takes on Thiago Alves (171) at welterweight.

Jin Soo Son missed weight showing 137 for his bout against bantamweight Petr Yan (136). As well, Mairbek Taisumov came five pounds over the lightweight limit (161), while his opponent Desmond Green declared 156.

Both fighters who missed weight reportedly get fined and the bouts remain on the preliminary card. The full lineup and weigh-in results can be found below.
