UFC Moscow results: Aleksei Oleinik submits Mark Hunt in the first round

The Ultimate Fighting Championship made its Russian debut on Sunday night (AWST) with Fight Night 136. The UFC Moscow event, held Olimpiyskiy Stadium, featured twelve contests with local and international competitors.

In the main event Mark Hunt faced off Aleksei Oleinik. The scheduled for five rounds heavyweight bout ended prior the final horn. The latter took the win by submission (rear naked choke) at 4:22 of the first round.

Also on the main card Jan Blachowicz submitted Nikita Krylov (D Arce Choke) at 2:41 of Round 2. In addition, Shamil Abdurakhimov scored a unanimous decision against Andrei Arlovski, and Alexey Kunchenko similarly defeated Thiago Alves.
