Invictus Arena: World Kickboxing Network announces double Grand Prix in Rome

The World Kickboxing Network returns to Italy on December 15, the organization announced on Thursday. Promoted by Riccardo Lecca, the “Invictus Arena” event is held in Rome, a previous show produced a year ago.


The upcoming event features two WKN Grand Prix contested in the format of a four-man knockout tournament, stated in the announcement. To take all, the contender has to collect two victories during one evening (semi-final and final). The bouts are scheduled for three rounds.

The first tournament is set at 65 kg featuring four international competitors. The roster includes two representatives of the country-host Francesco Picca and Bruno Michele, as well as German Dennis Haddad and Belgian Xavier Lejour

The second contest is a National Grand Prix at catchweight with the limit of 75 kg. The likes of Armin Dokic, Luca Migani, Roman Kozak and Piergiulio Paolucci are featured on the roster.

The tournament draw is conducted at the official weigh-in ceremony a day before the fight show. The lineup can be found below.
