Saenchai KO’s Kim Dong Hwan

Famed Thai fighter Saenchai was back in action this past Friday (Oct. 5) in Malaysia. The “King of Muaythai” faced Kim Dong Hwan of Korea in the main event of DSPEX International Muay Challenge.

The event took place at Stadium Tertutup Gong Badak in Terengganu. It was the first time when Muay Thai competition was held in this State.

The contest ended prior the final bell. It was all over within the first three minutes.

The representative of Kingdom of Thailand stopped his opponent in Round 1. As a result, he updated his streak to 41 wins in a row.

“304th win, 41st win streak. Won by KO 1st round. Thanks to all my fans who always support me,” Saenchai posted on Facebook.

Saenchai is considered as one of the greatest Muay Thai fighters of all time. Over the course of his career he won prestigious Lumpinee Boxing Stadium championship in four different weight classes.

In his next outing he is expected to appear at Thai Fight Chiang Rai scheduled for October 27. The name of his opponent is yet to be announced.
