MMA event Bellator 207 was held at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn. on Saturday October 13 (AWST). The event featured a five-fight main card which followed a preliminary card comprising eight bouts.

On the top of the bill Matt Mitrione faced Ryan Bader. The pair squared off in the first semi-final bout of the heavyweight World Grand Prix.

The bout went the distance ending in favor of the latter. Bader earned a unanimous decision, consequently becoming the first finalist of WGP.

He is expected to take on the winner of Fedor Emelianenko vs. Chael Sonnen bout which headlines the Bellator 208 fight card held tomorrow at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.

Also on the main card Sergei Kharitonov scored the first round knockout win against Roy Nelson. As well, Lorenz Larkin took a unanimous decision against Ion Pascu. In addition, Corey Browning stopped Baby Slice by TKO in Round 2. The complete results can be found below.
