GLORY 60 was held this past Saturday (Oct. 20) in Lyon, France. The event took place at Palais des Sports de Gerland, featuring local and international competitors in a series of kickboxing bouts.
On the top of the fight-bill welterweight Cedric Doumbe squared off against his French-fellow Jimmy Vienot. The bout went the distance ending in a unanimous decision pronounced in favor of the former champion in the division, “Doumced”.
Also on the card light heavyweight Donegi Abena scored a unanimous decision against Stephane Susperregui. As well, middleweight Yousri Belgaroui stopped Yassine Ahaggan in the first round with strikes. In addition, super bantamweight Sofia Olofsson earned a unanimous decision against Cindy Silvestre, and featherweight Abdellah Ezbiri knocked out Victor Pinto in the first round with spinning back kick.
GLORY 60 Lyon followed a five-fight Super Fight Series programme. The action started with a preliminary card, also featuring five kickboxing contests. The complete results can be found below.
