The World Kickboxing Network visits French commune Vitry Sur Seine (southeast of Paris) on November 24, the organization announced on Monday. The event billed as “Rampage Fighting” takes place at Palais des Sports Maurice Thorez, featuring WKN European Featherweight title fight between Franck Mazoyer of France and Dominik Antl of Slovakia.
The resume of Mazoyer includes WKN Lightweight amateur strap which he earned back in 2009. The French competitor took part in a historic World Cup in Malta, where he scored a unanimous decision against local Steve Martin. After that he has collected a stack of national titles in kickboxing and Savate (French boxing). With over 40 bouts behind his belt to date he aspires to gain the European crown.
Antl holds the title of Slovakian national champion in oriental kickboxing (K-1 rules). His resume includes the battles against Gregus Ludek, Nikolas Krivak, David Sajben, among others.
The Mazoyer vs. Antl title fight in Vitry Sur Seine precedes another European championship event that World Kickboxing Network scheduled for the rest of 2019 in France. WKN European Bantamweight title is on the line on December 1 in Strasbourg, where French Akram Hamidi faces Maltese-Italian Samuel Andolina.
