UFC Brooklyn fight card

The Ultimate Fighting Championship presents its first promotion on ESPN on January 20 (AEDT). Headlined by the flyweight title fight between Henry Cejudo and T.J. Dillashaw, MMA event takes place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

According to reports two fighters have been forced to withdraw from the upcoming show. Bantamweight John Lineker was expected to face Cory Sandhagen on the preliminary card, but had to pull out due to injury.

Light Heavyweight Ion Cutelaba was scheduled to fight Glover Teixeira, however was also taken of the card. The reasons for withdrawing are yet to be known, ESPN reported. The bout was meant to kick off the main card action.

Among the bouts scheduled for UFC Brooklyn, Greg Hardy and Allen Crowder square off at heavyweight. The bout serves as a co-main event.

As well, Gregor Gillespie and Yancy Medeiros faceoff at lightweight, and Joseph Benavidez and Dustin Ortiz battle it out at flyweight. In addition, Paige VanZant and Rachael Ostovich meet at women’s flyweight. The current lineup can be found below.
