The World Kickboxing Network returns to Italy on February 2 with “Ringmania VI” held in Pero, which is a commune in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy. The event marks the organization’s first visit to the country this year, following “Invicus Arena 25” held mid December 2018 in Rome.
“Gong Mong Chang and Alessandro Piavani of WKAFL present Ringmania VI on February 2 in Pero, Italy. The event takes place at Pero Sports Hall featuring the semi-final bouts of WKN 71 kg National Tournament,” reads the announcement Monday.
The lineup features four Italian welterweights battling it out in a knockout contest. The roster includes Giuseppe Rago, Nicola Torre, Jousef Nonni and Michele Mazzola.
The winners of Ringmania VI qualify for the championship event scheduled for April 27. The bouts are scheduled for three rounds.
The previous event in Italy, Invictus Arena 25 crowned Francesco Picca who earnd WKN International lightweight title, and Armin Dokic who took WKN Italian Middleweight strap.
