Lion Fight 53: Las Vegas
March 30th is the night Lion Fight makes its come back to Vegas after two years. An outdoor event at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) will be the setting for an action packed Muay Thai fight card with hall of fame commentator Barry Tompkins and myself calling the action ringside.
Las Vegas is known for its entertainment from music to world-class shows. As fight enthusiasts we all know the famous city for the fighting events, from the greatest boxers in the world to mixed martial arts super stars.
To add again to the entertainment city – it is Muay Thai with Lion Fight 53 airing on CBS network live to millions of households throughout America.
As an Australian it brings much honor to be working as a commentator on Lion Fight, where the legend “The Voice” Michael Schiavello started his international career as a world renown commentator on the big stage here in Las Vegas, USA.
Lion Fight is in its 10th year. It is the leading Muay Thai promotion in the USA. With international exposure it aims to promote shows in Ireland, Italy, France, Germany and the UK, as well as all over the US. CBS Sports is one of the biggest television stations in the country.
I call on all Muay Thai fans globally to support the promotion, to help build the best stand up fighting sport in the world, Muay Thai.
