The World Kickboxing Network makes its second visit to Latvia this year with LNK Fight Night 12 scheduled for July 20 in Lielupe, the organization announced on Wednesday. Presented by Vadim Milov and Eugene Sapronenko the event follows a previous edition held in Riga last month.
A newly crowned WKN European Middleweight champion Zaur Dzhavadov is expected to headline the upcoming show. He is fresh of the win by knockout in the fourth round against Slovakian Jozef Kolodzej. Earlier in his career Dzhavadov earned European titles in Kings of Kings and WKA, as well as won several Latvian and international tournaments.
At this moment it is unclear whether Dzhavadov is scheduled to defend his European strap or is set to challenge for the major World Kickboxing Network title in his respective weight class.
