World Kickboxing Network returns to Nice, France

Annual Full Contact Night in French Riviera is held on June 15 in Nice, France. Kickboxing event features as many as three world and one European WKN title bouts with A-list representative of the country-host up against the challengers coming from Malta, Slovakia, Italy and Kazakhstan. On Tuesday World Kickboxing Network announced a completed championship fight card (via Twitter).

Previously announced Jerome Ardissone makes his first WKN World Bantamweight title defense against Emidio Molinari of Italy. The championship bout is scheduled for twelve rounds in Full Contact (kicks and punches above the waist).

WKN World Super Lightweight champion Kamel Jebir also defends his belt for the first time facing off Michal Duben of Slovakia. The Full Contact contest is as well scheduled for twelve rounds.

Jonathan Pastorino is looking to regain WKN World Featherweight title taking on Keith Azzopardi of Malta in the 12-round battle. The latter aspires to become the two-style champion – two weeks later (June 29) Maltese kickboxer is scheduled to challenge for WKN Featherweight title in oriental kickboxing (K-1 rules) against Afghani-German Qurban Hosseini.

In addition, Anthony Leroy goes up against Tairov Akbar of Kazakhstan. The pair of heavyweights meets in the scheduled for five rounds kickboxing world championship.

The undercard of the upcoming show includes six amateur contests in kickboxing and Full Contact. The championship lineup can be found below.

The third title fight has been added to the card of the upcoming event in Saint Pierre, Réunion on June 29 (via Twitter). The contest features a pair of juniors, local Mathias Ruinguin and Cano Perez Anderson of Italy. The pair battles it out for WKN International Welterweight belt. The bout is scheduled for three rounds.
