Kickboxing World Championship is back to French city Agde tonight (May 15) with TEKB 16 presented by Christophe Dragole. Top of the fight-bill features the contest for WKN World Super Welterweight title between Stefan Meszaros of Slovakia and Jordi Requejo of Spain. The latter replaces the previously announced representative of the country-host Mickael Pignolo, who was forced to withdraw due to injury received “in the car accident three days before the event,” reads the statement on Saturday.
“Although taking the five-round world championship bout against the current WKN European Welterweight titleholder Stefan Meszaros on a short notice, the representative of Team Calvet, Jordi Requejo looks to claim WKN Gold.”
